There is no legal requirement for any transgender person to reveal that they are transgender when questioned by the police. It is a breach of Article 8 for the police to insist on this data. 1/2

We tried to place this story - very expensive polling, the first of its kind, strong quantitative data about what trans people feel about Britain: bluntly there is no better way to tell the story - with the BBC but it said it was "too weak". But it will pick up any old piece of transhating garbage.

Labour not universally condemning this and asking for tips should really be an eye opener for people who still think this is a centre left party, it’s lurching further right of the 2010 conservatives at the moment.

I am begging England not to let this abhorrent racism continue unabated, there was so much work to do on racism before the normalisation of the right. Tell everyone you know, this is who Reform are and it’s sickening to see them so far ahead in the polls.
