Update on the court case: REXENE LANDY appeared in court on Feb 9th to complete diversion. However new charges are pending for breaching the original HDCA order, so diversion was cancelled. This is also a breach of her 'keep the peace' bond. Next court appearance is one week from now, March 5th.
