Very sad to hear about the death of David Dale. He established the long-time cult institution on the back page of the Sydney Morning Herald, the "Stay In Touch" column, with genius cartoonist Matthew Martin, where I subsequently got my my cartooning break. Inveterate trivia buff, foodie and friend.
