I like living a diverse city, I want more immigration and would love it be easy for many more people to come and live and work here. I want trans rights and freedom of movement and for us to be in the EU again. I think the university sector is an incredible economic and cultural tool

I know people see the Daily Mirror as being reasonably decent at reporting on trans issues, but I do think itās worth being aware of the Daily Record, also owned by Reach plc, now reaching the point where they misgender trans people in reporting, and use the anti-trans slur ātrans-identifying menā.

It's very tempting to ask "why is nobody covering something worse than Section 28? Surely by now everybody knows how bad S28 was?". But you have to remember, at the time the media had no issue with S28. The BBC even helped cover up its immorality. There's no evidence to suggest anything's changed.
