Nattokinase has really helped me stabilise. Before I was taking it I was slowly sliding into severe. With the nattokinase I feel my ME is now back to where it was pre Covid infection. Huge impact on QoL. None of that would have happened without the work of @resiapretorius.bsky.social. Thank you! 🙏

I saw a patient last week with ME who in 2023 was told by the MECFS service to ‘get back to the gym’. She did 20 minutes, collapsed and hasn’t walked since. The advice is still out there, still wrong and the harm is real.
