I've been a CVT supporter for well over a decade. What they describe here - people being snatched *despite legal status* - is abhorrent, immoral, and also re-traumatizing. CVT for decades could point to bipartisan support in Congress. Now it seems Republicans have abandoned all reason.

I will not buy the claims that ICE has bigger guns when the lives of our children are at stake. In general, if local law enforcement can arrest residents who break the law, then they can arrest ICE agents who break the law. 3/

Columbia Heights (Liam's school district) cancelled school today because of a credible bomb threat at Liam's elementary and multiple ICE vehicles parking in the high school staff parking lot at 6:15am.
