Chloe makes a really good point. I can see how integrated teams can often end up with either health or social care being the dominant voice. I’m advocating for a joint funding pot, which can be accessed by all teams.

Young people need to build their capacity to work and have jobs or training available. The young people who have struggled most since Covid are those with health needs, often due to neurodivergence. Nothing will improve until assessment and support is provided when they need it.

The one pot solution. The people of Wales need health services and social care to access one pot of funding, instead of guarding their separate funding pots at the expense of their services. 1/10 (hopefully)
