At the Broadview ICE "processing facility" outside Chicago this morning. Protesters here for this morning's action are gathering off 25th now that Beach has been fenced off. A pair of men peering through the fence at ICE vehicles shout, "Get the fuck out of Chicago, you terrorists!"

I was supposed to teach an 8th grade class of girls for a week about my work and navigating as a Black female entrepreneur. But when I got to talk to them, we spent most classes just chatting about self esteem, their family life, etc. Almost all of them said nobody ever listens to them.
