Monterey Finance took advantage of hundreds of consumers across New York who needed assistance to make a purchase, sometimes charging them thousands of dollars in extra fees.  When consumers couldn't pay, they were threatened with repossession, even for purchases like pets.

We secured the conviction of Rachel Paillet, a nursing home aide, for stealing over $60,000 from a resident.  Our nursing home residents must be able to trust and depend on their caregivers to treat them with dignity, and I'll always fight to make sure of that.
