Pretty disappointing to hear that @colorado.gov thinks that Tina Peters needs clemency and isn't a threat to society.

Emailed my Board rep in district C. The only RTD board member on here is @chrisfnicholson.com. I would suspect there are limited options for RTD to require ICE to pay a fare on the system.

Charging officers has not helped, in large part because it sends the message that it's one bad apple and oh look we'll get them. I want to see state attorney generals charge the entire fucking system that leads up to these shootings.

Abolish ICE

They don't have capacity to terrorize more than 2-3 cities at a time. Which means they rotate teams to new cities without relief. Which means consistent resistance by fresh activists in each new city will break them over time. Which means if you're city's not occupied, rest up and get ready.

it depends! a good example is Williams Village 2 that just got approved. They did not require a rezoning — which I think is going to be typical for most strip malls. as for more density generally, some rezoning required. the city hasn't rezoned to comply w/ Colorado laws yet (but will happen soon)
