I will say, the paper is fairly compelling against Stochastic Parrot/Autocomplete/"just predictive engine" views of LLMs. If you've talked to me at length about this, i'd already hope you don't have this view of ARM/LLMs, but given these findings you should accept that they have conceptual structure
