My experience is that there was a an absolutely huge gap between peopleâs beliefs about how their immigration systems work and how they actually work, and if youâve had experience of the immigration system in the US or UK, youâll spend a lot of time with one raised eyebrow when the topic comes up!

There are lots of reasons not to leave ECHR. But apart from anything else, it just doesn't solve the problem the Tories/Reform think it does. E.g. the Supreme Court judgment re Rwanda being unsafe explicitly said it was not based on ECHR.

Incredible work. Reminds me (on a much smaller scale) of the client who drove to court to be sentenced for a large fraud and false documents conspiracy and told me heâd only paid for 3 hoursâ parking. As heâd previously been advised, heâd have needed 3 yearsâ.
