Saw this at the Bristol Frogmore Street Cannon Cinema back in 89. Wasn't overly impressed with it.* Only watched it for a second time this year. Really enjoyed it..! Just shows that sometimes you need to have lived a bit to fully appreciate the finer points of a film. (*the ghosts were great!)

I love old adverts like this! To put this in perspective, £19.95 (the cost of the Raiders VHS) is the equivalent of almost £85 today. Makes a blu-ray steelbook seem like good value, doesn't it!😁

We went to the beach with some friends and we saw a lone husky dog run by while we were sitting around a campfire making s’mores and now we don’t know which one of us is the Thing.

One of the silliest things that ever happened was during the taping of my Ed McBain/87th Precinct podcast when circumstance created HERBIE, WITCHFINDER GENERAL. It turned into a giggle-fest and I felt I needed to artistically commemorate it.
