I know the list is endless but I genuinely think trashing the legitimate congressionally chartered org for celebrating the 250th to instead hijack our national assets and taxpayer funds for his personality cult grifter crap should, in and of itself, be fully sufficient to merit removal from office.

Hi! Palliative Care Doctor here! I'm seeing a lot of people reacting to this like he's wrong, but this is correct. In America, unless you are under 21, you cannot get concurrent care which means you functionally "turn off" your regular insurance benefits when you activate the hospice benefit. 1/?🧵

If the Democratic Party actually cares about democracy, then they should embrace the choices of voters. Dem elites can either insist on closed primaries and accept voter preferences for Democratic Socialism, or they can open up primaries to independents and accept the input of independent voters.

The former causes sites to disallow large amounts of perfectly legal and often beneficial speech, harms the public discourse far worse than whatever harm you think is happening, and is disproportionately leveraged against marginalized people. The latter is fascism.
