Oh! Our pharmacy also had COVID vaccines in on Monday, and so I got that along with my flu and my first shingles vaccination. As I told the pharmacy tech, the shingles are inside me, and I don't want them to come out.

Had second appointment with my new primary care doctor on Monday, and I'm relieved it went well. Got meds updated and am getting a lung workup for the reoccurring shortness of breath I've had since January. A1C down from 8.2 four months ago to 7.2. (Yay!)

I knew someone whose drivers license expired. He needed his birth certificate to get a new license. He needed photo ID to get his birth certificate. They finally accepted a notarized letter from his cousin, saying that he'd known him all his life and he was who he claimed, to get the birth cert.
