Texans, vote for Gina Hinojosa! She hangs out with Willie, she doesn't want to kill pregnant women and force feed Christian sharia law down your throats. It's time to push Greg right on out of the governor's mansion in Austin.

It's well worth watching the 4-hour documentary on Vichy France and fascism in France called "The Sorrow and the Pity." This is a scene showing surviving Resistance fighters, who are sharing stories of profound trauma and warning us all today that N*zism will return. It has. They were right.

For America's 250th, I read Frederick Douglass’ speech, “What to the Slave is the Fourth of July?” on the House floor—for the first time in history. His speech endures as a mirror & mandate for us all—to confront our inequities while fighting for an America as good as its promise.

Today marks the 4 yr death anniversary of Roe vs Wade (2022) Some stats 1. 13 states have full abortion bans 2. OBGYNs have left some states 3. Texas mortality rates rose 56%. And, abortions have INCREASED. In short- Abortion bans don't stop abortions, they invite health risks for women.

🥚 This 2003 film shows how Oregon activists made birth certificates available to
#adoptees
. As in California this year, opponents said mothers would be harmed but the Supreme Court refused to hear their appeals & no one has been harmed since.
