Molly Coleman got a max out donation from former Mpls Police Federation lobbyist Brian Rice who spent years & years fighting every effort to rein in an out of control, violent police department. Taking police union lobbyist money is disqualifying for any candidate. St. Paul Ward 4 deserves better.
