An important thing about cities is that people are often engaging while walking, biking, or taking public transit, as opposed to the car-centric suburbs. Cars isolate us and make us angry and unhappy.

If you go to a suburban mall, you will probably have to park outside and walk in. You don’t expect to drive in to your store. But for some reason in urban areas it’s considered an injustice if you can’t park directly in front of the store you want to go to.
