I just got an email from the Victoria Chamber of Commerce, yes I'm a member but that's another story, and they are complaining about the coming city tax increase and how the increase is for a bigger police budget. Sorry but weren't you also the ones complaining about how unsafe it is downtown? #yyj

I don't know who needs to hear this, but cops are not allowed to shoot people just because you didn't do what they said. That is called murder when they do that. Some cops are working hard to convince people otherwise.
