The last dog update for the week is that they both got to meet cows. Elderbull had previously been very, very aware that cows were made of beef, so it's good that he's chilled out enough to boop snoots through a fence and otherwise behave. (The cows there are extremely curious.)

Elderbull can now also continue with muzzle training (which was going fine- it's basically clothes; lots of pits like clothes and fashion accessories). I'm going to start him in NASDA trials focused on rat scent. (Dogs may run muzzled.)

Elderbull's vet followup went well, and his eye is fully healed. He's out of the cone, and the puppy can play with hime again without being slammed into the carpet by a cone expertly wielded like a riot shield. Both of them did Barn Hunt practice earlier, which bled off a tiny bit of energy.
