On my way to the Supreme Court where I'll be proud to support 15-year-old Becky Pepper-Jackson, West Virginia's only transgender athlete, as she opposes the state's effort to ban her from playing as herself. Win or lose, Becky and her family are heroes for standing up for what's right

If President Trump wants to send American armed forces into conflict, he needs Congress to declare war or authorize force. That hasn't happened. This week, Congress will vote on whether to stop this unconstitutional war: They must vote yes.

Only Congress has the constitutional power to authorize war. Yet, the Trump administration is once again taking unilateral and reckless military action against Iran, putting both servicemembers and civilians in danger. This is unconstitutional.

This 30-year-old transgender man, who can’t swim, jumped into Lake Michigan after a wind gust blew a baby in a stroller into the freezing water. He’s being called a hero. But now he has medical expenses, and people are donating to a fundraiser to support him.

BREAKING: We're suing Kansas for a law that invalidates transgender people's updated driver's licenses and authorizes anyone to sue anyone they suspect of being trans for using the "wrong" bathroom.

This effectively forces every trans person in the state to out themselves while applying for a job, renting an apartment, or being stopped by police. It's part of the same law that allows anyone to sue anyone else they suspect of being trans and using the "wrong" bathroom.

Important insight. ALSO, I have no patience (and I mean ZERO) with people who say "they won't ban birth control." They will eventually try BECAUSE WHAT THEY WANT IS TO CONTROL YOUR BODILY AUTONOMY. We need to be proactive about BODILY AUTONOMY IN GENERAL.

They won't start with banning birth control. First they'll lie about it. Then dictate who can prescribe it, use it, fund it, in what forms, and for how long. Suddenly, your doctor won't call you back. I know this is what they'll do because it's what they're doing to transgender healthcare right now.

Disagree with the very concept of the debate but it's less that we care what people think and more that we're punished if we don't. Men are generally rewarded for sociopathy.
