I get steamed about this kind of crap. These bridges and sidewalks are bare minimum mobility for people screwed by freeway infrastructure.

What a lovely day! We biked to a 5.5 year old birthday party at Lake Nokomis Playground. But, Minneapolis really needs to invest in cargo bike friendly bike racks next to every playground (and pool) across the city.

The Economy being good means nothing to me because it's a measure of how confident assholes feel in their line going up, and everything they do to make the line go up hurts me and devastates everyone who's doing worse than me. This isn't fucking rocket surgery.

Good morning. The city of Minneapolis is planning to launch a pilot program for Drone First Responders, partnering with Skydio, a company who sent drones to Israel to support them in carrying out genocide. These drones, designed for surveillance, will be “responding” to 911 calls.

Keep thinking about all the ICE OUT and similar signs across Minneapolis. It's a lot, everywhere. So finally decided to do some math. Source I found says 4,926 blocks in Minneapolis My very rough estimate is 4-5 houses/businesses w/ signs per block on average 4,926 x 4.5 = 22,167 (More below🧵)

The thing about the old saying that "one bad apple spoils the barrel" is that what you have at the end is not one bad apple, but an entire barrel of spoiled apples. And it all needs to be thrown out. Every last cop. I mean apple.

Evictions are up (over 60% in March), and the only reason the eviction rate wasn’t even higher was because of massive mutual aid efforts across the city. We still have a gap of $13,000. Please share our gofundme widely and please donate again, if you can. 💵 🌼 🥰 🏠
