After my trip to DC last month, I wdn’t be 100 % surprised if this line has support in some, but not all, parts of the Administration. But it would be a depressing sign that after 24 yrs, W leaders still don’t understand what makes Putin tick, or what would make him stop. They’re fighting to lose!
