I rowed an hour this morning, without stopping for more than a few seconds to scratch my nose. This is the longest I’ve rowed at once; I’ve felt able to for a few weeks, but decided to save it for the holiday challenge concept2 runs every year. That’s a long way from my 5min/day start in January.
