I think this is from G Gundam. Which is like the "Racial Sterotypes Kumite/Bloodsport" of the Gundam multiverse. Holland has a Windmill Gundam, Mexico has a Sombero Gundam, and so on. And they all fight in a round robin/Mortal Kombat/Bloodsport style Gundam death match competition.
