The Illinois Accountability Commission has released its final report on Operation Midway Blitz. The report looked at evidence suggesting a federal effort to suppress dissent, finding "DHS used paramilitary tactics to occupy and impose control in Chicagoland." Full report here:

A key finding from the report: "Officials from ICE, CBP, DHS, and the White House routinely lied to the public about the motivations and outcomes of Operation Midway Blitz and concealed and distorted key facts about events involving federal immigration agents."

Donahue's name in particular comes up 42 times in the report. He's the agent who punched a detainee in the head and pointed his gun at bystanders in Evanston last Halloween. The report dedicates nearly two pages to him alone.
