when you accidentally hide a layer

another good image to study for composition. 1.) the arc in the background is like those visual motion lines in comics and it helps balance the otherwise very vertical composition and posing of aurora 2.) her hair swoop bottom line thing mimics the arc in the background in its shape.

lets dissect this picture and why its so captivating 1.) there is a guiding line from the bottom of the picture leading you through it and towards the focal point. 2.) the color temperature and gradient works from warm tones at the bottom to cool tones at the top creating a dynamically interesting

Another day another drawing! I really like working with limited color palettes so this time i eyedropped colors off a granny apple and only used those colors. ofc i did allow opacity but honestly it turned out really cool. hardest part was choosing a color for the skin. almost went with the brown.
