When I directed a minor I once had a student come to ask me if I’d bless some convoluted plan so she could add it as a third MINOR. I said “no”, because absolutely no one needs or benefits from 3 minors, go take a class for fun, fam.

Easily my most common piece of advice to undergrads is "You really don't need a 3rd major" and a close runner-up is "Have you considered taking fewer classes?"
