1. This will become law without his signature, because Congress is not adjourning. More here: constitution.congress.gov/browse/essay... 2. Merits aside, this is a very rare bipartisan action. Voters like bipartisanship. By refusing to tout it, Trump once again punches himself in the nuts.

The facts of this case are bad. County wrongly claimed family owed $2,000 in taxes, foreclosed on the home, and sold a house it assessed at $190K for just $76K and tried (unsuccessfully) to keep all $76K. Screwed a family out of tens of thousands to collect $2,000 that they didn't actually owe.
