Reading so much trans lit lately, it seems like every character's first change is very sensitive nipples (in a good way), and that...is not me. They hurt when growing or if I flop down on my stomach, but there is zero (good) sensitivity there. I wouldn't notice if this wasn't ubiquitous on fiction

Does HRT affect painkillers, or specifically when they're numbing an area locally for surgery? Feels like before HRT, it took a lot before I couldn't feel anything. But the few times I've needed a small surgery after, they get it numb pretty quickly with a much smaller dose.

Me yesterday: "Ow, my boobs hurt. Oh well, it's affirming that they're still growing. Me today, after having to lie flat on my stomach and chest on a hard slab for an hour during a medical procedure: "F*CK."
