This is doubly so for books by trans people! Literally every trans author I know has had the experience of putting out a new book and mysteriously accumilating 1-5 1 star reviews with no text. We *know* the transphobes like to do this shit, so leaving a review–even with no text–helps immensely!

@embermoth.prismata.press, minutes after me showing them smut I wrote 10 years ago: "I've definitely read this before!" The internet is a small place.

And specifically leaving reviews on trans/queer authors helps fight transphobia and queerphobia. It makes such a big difference.
