This is who you should listen to about how Kentucky would navigate the issue of a departed Senator. However, if they are undead, I'm your guy on how to navigate the issue.

In a hearing where residents grilled officials on data centers, a resident of Tyrone Township, Michigan, asked a simple question: Have you signed an NDA with any party regarding developments that could affect the town? The majority of the township's officials refused to answer.

Used Cars (1980) Watch it at least every 4th of July because it is pure distilled America. What makes America wonderful, awful, hopeful, crude, racist and inclusive, all wrapped in two hours. And we owned it on VHS when I was a kid and bare tits. So, yeah, I bet I have watched it more than anyone.

Happy 4th of July! I celebrated by fixing a robot, wearing the Declaration, working out the details for a ttrpg that isn't D&D and my youngest just asked where the fireworks are. America.

They might not be human. Could be emotional vampires that feed draining positive emotions and replacing them with negative ones. Sowing despair, isolation, fear and helplessness in order to weaken us. Easier prey. Or bots. I hope they are bots, or vampires, and not actual people.

Yes, META's new glasses can see people naked and control their minds but you can't be anti new technology. That's just the future. Technology is not good or bad. It's just neutral. Like the automobile. Let's trust people to make the world better.

Interesting analysis of Massieâs relationship to the broader GOP rank and file. I agree that he speaks for a significant chunk of GOP voters, which is not great news for that party. And also, i learned that Massie is the godfather of âdildonics,â whichâŠwell, yikes.

The parable and paradox of Thomas Massie
Thomas Massie says he represents 40% of the GOP. And without him, he thinks those voters will be disenfranchised. He warns that Republicans may be about to make a big mistake.

That "automatic tank gauge" at the mom & pop gas station I worked as a kid was a really long stick and clip board. You know, that stick was probably 15 feet long and had been dipped into a reservoir of gasoline, twice a day for at least 20 years. Bet it would have made an epic torch.

Only tangential related but my kids stress over AP tests Who gives a crap how well they do on the test. You don't take an AP course so you can get a good grade on a test, you take the course because you'll learn more about that subject In fact, I encourage them to NOT to take the test

I'm a middle class cis married white father in a deep red state and X doesn't worry me. Why? I've been on the internet since my local BBS and have seen how easily it all falls apart online. Elites? Authoritarians? Would be Royalty? I learned how that goes in AP World History when they push too far

The politicians kissing babies trope exists for a reason. Babies are good judges of character. Iâve seen Biden interact with babies, and Obama, and W and Clinton (thatâs the extent when Iâd had noticed) but never seen Trump kiss a baby. The idea is cringe.

For those that donât know, itâs because for years (and maybe still) Woodford Reserve was a sham. It wasnât made at the distillery. Even after they could bottle barrels distilled there, they still used other barrels to mix into it. Why it says âDistillers Selectâ.

"I am ready to put the meat in the bath but I can't find the ping-pong balls. Oh, and when you froth in the morning, keep an eye on the breaker," is something I just said. Most likely not the first time those sentences have been spoken but got to be pretty rare.

Absolutely extraordinary. The Democrats conceded *nothing* and got everything they demanded. They said no ICE/CBP funding, and that's precisely what happened. In other words, they did not cave. At all. But the GOP didâcompletely.
