Another person who claims to be a "leftist" but is happy to pirate books. Authors are some of the worst paid workers out there, rarely coming even close to minimum wage for their work. Pirating ensure that only those who are independently wealthy or supported will be able to write and publish.

People have a million excuses for pirating books, and I'm so tired of all of them. If you're in the US, you have access to most books through a library, SOMEHOW. If you're outside the US, it's trickier, but there are so many other books to read! Don't pirate when many authors are barely scraping by.
