I read the first chapter of THREE TWINS Monday just before bed because it was too late for Seanan’s novella. It made me want to binge the first three books but I think I’ll ration them because they promise to be a really enjoyable series. Our children are triplets too (our version of three twins). 😊

I’m lucky, my preorder arrived at my local bookshop last week, and I finished the bonus novella this morning. Compelling reading as usual. Going back to the also riveting NeoG series, by @kbwagers.com for books 3 and 4. After that, the Crater School series (trilogy?), by @chazbrenchley.bsky.social.

Guru Nanak Kitchen in Edinburgh was handing out free meals and I asked if it was OK to take one even though I could afford to buy something. They told me firmly that it was important that people who didn't NEED free food took it, so that those who did NEED it could take without feeling exposed.

I've always been curious about trackball vis-à-vis mice, so I picked one up in a sale and am playing with it. Thus far, I'm finding it a lot more difficult to control the cursor. That's probably just forty years of practice as against five minutes, though. At least, I hope so.
