That was a fun chapter to write. I do love a scene of gay sexual repression when the repression is crumbling and it's all gone to filth. Only in fiction though, obviously.

We caught an early showing of this last night. I was looking forward to it. Really it's a mid-horror in the vein of "Insidious" and (new) "Evil Dead", but it could've done more. Quite gross if you like that kind of thing. Not very scary tho. 3/5

Finished writing a scene and shuddered. That's good, right? That I'm repelled by my own work and want to cry?

The first thing he should do is restore transgender rights in Hungary, lift the ban on same-sex marriage and honour the constitution of the European Union. Just an idea. 🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍🌈

Last year Orban tried to ban Budapest Pride. Instead about 200,000 Hungarians took to the streets adorned with rainbow flags. Yesterday Orban was booted out of office after 16 years. Don’t mess with the queers!

I'm never going to write anything that isn't gay again. It took me too long to get to a place where I could get gay stuff published. The world has to make up for centuries of gay/queer voices being squashed. And as a result, authentic gay/queer voices deserve inclusion in publishing. Next! 🌈
