A pattern dressed as confidence, but it’s just fear. You call it moving on; I call it running. Same script, same weak ending.

The ripple effect.

How the air heals— through its song at mid-space, And how it lifts one— not as wind against the body, but as being through being, carrying the marrow’s silence into the sky’s grays.. Between earth and ether, there is a single breath, forever inhaling what is lost, forever exhaling what endures. ⛰️

How the water cleanses us, washing us like the river— it does not ask what we’ve done, nor what we hope to become, but bears both shadow and reflection, teaching the stone to yield. Touching what is broken until it learns to shimmer again— Keeper of secrets mirror of souls.. #Elemental

I owe no one my skin, my time, my yes. Silence is mine. Space is mine. Love starts when I stop apologizing for taking up room.

It's a form of self love to be selective with who you allow in your space.

I still have tan lines. They help me remember the sunshine on my skin, the weightlessness of being in water. They helped me smile today.

It’s strange how something (or someone) can be completely outside your awareness one moment & then suddenly seem to echo through everything you encounter. Maybe it’s just coincidence or maybe that’s how discovery works: once you’ve opened a door, you start noticing how often it was there all along.

There are a lot of good people going through so much. Be kind. Your kindness could be the very thing that helps them through it. 💙

I learned to build walls from silence, to patch holes in my chest with stories about strength. Strength meant not asking. Strength meant not needing. But I am tired..... tired of being the strong one, of holding everything alone just to keep from breaking

I needed love in the quiet, but silence answered instead. No one saw how hard I tried to stay good, stay whole. I learned not to ask, to hold my own pain. Still, somewhere inside, a child waits to be met with gentleness that never came.

One thing I've always allowed myself to do is, feel my feelings. Even when I was told I'm too sensitive, I felt my feelings without shame. No one has the right to tell you how to feel or how not to feel. Own it. Feel it. It's yours.
