This primary is clearly a two-person race at this point, and I would 100% choose this guy over Haley Stevens to go up against Mike Rogers. Like, is not even a question.

3 Supreme Court Justices are totally fine with overturning the plain language of the Constitution on birthright citizenship because Fox News and the MAGA movement has fried their brains. Any serious Democratic presidential contender in 2028 needs to support expanding the court, at a minimum.

A lot of "very serious people" online today are going to explain to you how landlords can only survive by raising rents on people who can barely afford it as it is. There is a lot wrong in our current housing system, but it will not be solved on the backs of low-income tenants.

Amidst a housing crisis and skyrocketing costs, we are creating the first City-backed program to reduce insurance costs for affordable and rent-stabilized housing. Housing providers will get support to improve housing while maintaining affordability.

“Air pollution fell substantially as Paris restricted car traffic and made way for parks, people-streets and bike-lanes.” Better for the climate, better for health, better for livability and quality of life. Common sense. Such a no-brainer, it’s remarkable that more cities HAVEN’T done the same.

Yesterday, I visited an apartment in Harlem with HPD inspectors to check for lead-based paint and other hazards. To protect families, NYC requires inspections of homes built before 1960 with children under 6. If your home has lead-based paint, or other hazards, call 311 or file a complaint online.

Trump went from making insane genocidal threats this morning to hyping the “golden age” of Iran hours later, and he received no concessions in between. He’s an absolute basket case who needs to be removed from power before he follows through on one of his mass murder fantasies.

23 people could stop this genocidal war criminal. That’s it. 23. 20 Republican senators and 3 republican reps in the house and he’d be out of politics forever. But they won’t. They’re addicted to power. A drug so strong they’d rather see a civilization die than give it up.
