Went does SNW - the show, not necessarily the characters in it - hate Vulcans? TOS showed a lot of characters who disliked Vulcans or failed to understand their hidden emotions. BUT the show ITSELF liked Vulcans. Voyager, again, you have characters who can't quite grasp Tuvok, but that's personal.
