Year of Climate Action

Bristol labour sunk to new depths tonight. Voting against or abstaining on three sustainable transport projects, that would improve air quality, improve bus times, a safe route for children to get to school, and even improve traffic. An absolute disgrace.

Tonight Labour voted with the Tories to block plans to deliver cleaner air, faster buses, safer cycling and nicer walking, and enabled future mass transit. It was the old Labour administration's idea in the first place! They care more about petty political pointscoring than what's good for Bristol.

We are not here to be disappointed by Labour anymore. At the by-election in Gorton and Denton, we are here to replace them. This election is a two-way race now - Greens Vs Reform.
