A resume and portfolio are enough for hiring. Companies that also require skill tests should pay test takers. When possible, such tests should also be real work. Tests that could be real work, but aren't, waste time and resources for everyone involved. (Sadly, I have made and taken such tests.)

So a wondrous new technology (or more accurately, a kleptomatic bullshit generator) that does the writing for you is not remotely helpful. Nobody asked for it. What would be more helpful would be if the big publishing companies paid us more and weren't so predatory or inscrutable in their practices.

A corollary to "please talk about indie games you like on social media" is: "Virtually all games are indie games." D&D and Catan probably don't need your marketing boost, but you can assume almost everything in the games hobby does and, honestly, creating new D&D and Catan players doesn't hurt.

One of the things I love … love! … about tabletop rpg scenarios is the flexibility of outcomes and the emergent story based on player responses. Stat blocks be damned. The players, their actions through their characters, and the results of those actions … they are the story. Emergent story!
