Just so it's clear. It's not allowing AI because it's trying to create a clean dataset for training AI. It's not because any of the involved parties actually care about human created art. Demons can lie to you. You have to rebuke them categorically, rather than fold when they say the right words.

I don’t think any of this suggests anything definitive but I’m keeping an eye on this stuff. Honestly the thing that causes me to raise an eyebrow is that Cai Haoyu is calling himself an “AI Soulcaster” now and the LinLi-Olivia bio calls her a “mysterious soul” But anyway, nothing so alarming yet.

The account features music used in Honkai 3rd Impact Impact and there are plenty of people in the comments of their posts that believe the character to be an AI generated idol character. There are also comparisons being drawn to Mihoyo’s newly revealed Varsapura game character art.

In August, a bilibili account for “LinLi-Olivia” appeared depicting a virtual idol girl. After their first video post they were followed in minutes by lots of Mihoyo employees, AI industry figures, and notably the former CEO of Mihoyo - Cai Haoyu - and current president of HoYoverse Jim Yang.
