Reddit's obsession with unimportant, detail-laden "world building" is also why those kinds of ppl love AI. They never actually write their story because all they have are inane facts, which isn't a story. Characters are story and your world should be a character that serves the narrative.

IMO both OP and OOP are overly prescriptive but in the wrong direction. The key to good worldbuilding is it needs to be *consequential*, which none of these things are. Some almost end up in the area of consequential worldbuilding but they're still trivia, they don't offer strong narrative hooks.
