Oh i know this one; an excuse for miniature gamers to make really sick surrealist kitbashes.

No safety tool would have been able to prevent the extreme bleed that O/U induced in many. But the whole community took care of each other, and, more than that, the constant bleed led to incredible moments of roleplaying, storytelling, and out-of-character connection. The bleed was the game.

Taking a stab at trying some layout in Affinity rather than with scissors and tape and I deeply regret to say that it is actually quite useful for working out how much word I can fit on the page before I spend several hours cutting and pasting. Also, first draft of the Rest done! #over/under

Tentative style test to round out the weekend. Content is very placeholder but am happy with the vibe visually. Need to spend some time with mothership proper rather than just via #over/under before i can really feel confident writing the mechanical parts of this, hence no stats in this draft.

Another big style test, this time a double spread at the actual dispatch size of the publication. Trying to thread a needle on collage style and legibility. Could still do with a little more of that overwhelming full text claustrophobia some of the best mothership zines have though... #over/under

Really proud of the work everyone at The Dreamcatcher put in during #Over/Under . It was truly a highlight to get to work with such creative individuals for the past month. I hope we were able bring some life to the Dream. So much creativity in this game overall. It was astounding what people made!
