The point isn't that I am always right - because boy, people did *not* show up for Kaiju Table Battles - but that no one really knows what the "market" will tolerate or desire. You can only predict what people *wanted*, past tense. Catering to that is relatively safe but has diminishing returns.

This comment is revealing. Not of the commenter themself - but the impossible position creators are now in. The volatility of these tariffs - the constant changes and lack of clear communication or source of truth (policy by tweet is gross) means creators have no way of predicting their situation.
