had a little bit of a mental breakdown yesterday ✌️😝 and I feel so much more sensitive today but I feel a little clearer in where my head has been the last couple weeks (maybe months), gonna take a break from here for at least a few days to let myself recover 🫶🏻

just fell asleep on the sofa

so close to falling asleep at my work desk, the end of the day cannot come quick enough

sometimes I think and then I stop

It’s now progressed into a full cold and I have a horrid headache

Tuesday

I’m tired

I’ve read 14 books so far this year, my goal was 12 so I’m super happy to be past that ☺️ seeing as in recent years I’ve barely read 1 this is great.
