Will the criteria be made public?

This feels really convoluted, arbitrary and I don’t trust this league leadership and owners to decide on the criteria of who makes a “High Impact Player” or not

As a stopgap, I hope it works! I don’t understand how this is a better function than more aggressive cap raises, or letting contracts make cap projections for future years like the Spirit proposed.

I’m genuinely trying not to be jaded about this but the league created something very similar to this in 2019 and it’s since been phased out because it wasn’t keeping up to demand
