I feel so disheartened and defeated

I keep trying to get in contact with the office managing this - I’ve emailed once and called twice, leaving two voicemails - and have yet to actually get it speak to someone about it. It was not notified ahead of time about this. I was not given a chance to try correcting anything. I’m so stressed.
