Von diesem bescheuerten Quereinsteigersystem brauchen wir gar nicht anzufangen. So viele meiner Lehrer*innen haben uns ins Gesicht gesagt dass sie keinen Bock auf Kinder haben aber es als Opernsänger/Historiker/whatever nicht geschafft haben. Lehramt darf kein zweite Wahl Beruf sein.

Und finally: Mehr Lehrer*innen und vorallem welche die besser in Pädagogik geschult sind. Die Ratio im Lehramtsstudium von Pädagogik zu Fachwissen muss viel weiter in Richtung Pädagogik kippen. Ich hatte im Mathestudium angehende Grundschullehris neben mir sitzen. Wtf soll das.
