After reading about this in April I switched from Paxil (paroxetine) to fluvoxamine. I definitely sleep more. Simple stuff still knocks me down but maybe I recover faster? Would recommend trying for anyone with Long Covid, CFS, etc.

I can’t recommend The River Has Roots by @amalelmohtar.com enough. Starting this book last night was a mistake - I wasn’t able to put it down until it was finished (around 1:30 AM!). The prose is gorgeous, the plots unique, and the celebration of the magic of language fascinating.
