Re: Jesse Brown’s behaviour, here’s the email I received with “tips” that lead to private urls, at least one of which has an ISP tracker. I’ve reached out to Jesse with questions, considering it appears that similar links were sent to subreddit members due to Canadaland requesting mod access.

Another update: An r/canadaland moderator is alleging Jesse Brown “reached out” to them with concerns about “sock puppet accounts” Apparently “Canadaland employees” were given moderator access to investigate r/canadaland users I reached out to @jessebrown.bsky.social about this – no comment yet

theres a poorly embedded IP tracker on the page that doesn't appear on the rest of the website as well (whole site has all the standard trackers, but this is the only page I can see where the icon appeared visible upon refreshing)
